SPIELBERK OFFICE CENTER

Spielberk Office Center is in a prime location for office buildings and built to a high standard, creates a community of prospective companies. The area contains civic amenities such as restaurants, cafés and fitness making the work environment more pleasant and comfortable. The intention was to design a place for its users to be able to work as well as rest, to create a good balance between working space and natural space.

Lake as a connecting Element

The main urban element is a longitudinal lake with the individual office buildings placed around it. In the direction of Heršpická Street smaller office buildings are located. The IQ office buildings are situated towards the railway tracks. The whole campus culminates in two high-rise buildings; Tower A and Tower B. Each Villa offers an area of about 5000m2. The Villas are connected by underground garages. Their façades are made from authentic Dutch bricks and the roof terraces offer panoramic views of Brno.

Tower Complex

The IQ buildings create an intelligent solution for a wide range of demands in 40 000m2, ranging from call enters to development companies or regional corporate offices. The buildings were designed with optimisation of space, enabling companies to create their optimal size of working space and to possibly expand either horizontally or vertically according to the growth of each company. There are cafes, a canteen, a fitness center and other hospitality facilities on the ground floor.

Towers A and B were built as the last part of the whole area. The towers were the first buildings in central Europe to receive the Breeam Outstanding certificate. Tower B is an ideal building for a company headquarters – the entrance to the building is overlooked by a spacious reception. Tower A has been run as a Marriot Courtyard hotel since 2016.

The campus has become a bustling part of the city of Brno. Through its cycle path connections, it can welcome visitors even outside working hours.
