FROM METRO TO HOSPITAL SIMPLY AND SAFELY

Right above the metro station will be a multifunctional building, which creates an intersection between new metro station, busy bus stop and by a new underpass under Vídeňská street also Thomayer’s hospital. In this building there will be office spaces, retail units and restaurants.

NEW BUILDING FOR SCIENCE AND RESEARCH

Part of the developing plan for this location is a building of a new polyclinic and a nursing school. In the future the polyclinic building should contain doctors ’ offices, inpatient part and administrative and technical facilities. Within this building an underground parking and emergency reception for ambulances is planned.

To the west from the planned metro station next to streets Štúrova and Zálesí residences continuing from the existing development are designed.
