Underground garages are hidden in two underground floors accessible by a ramp from Živcových Street. The site was chosen by the client due to its favourable position relative to the city – its direct connection to the Rozvadov freeway and the proximity of the airport. The building currently serves as the headquarters and representative center of ProInteriér Inc.
